Last Day in Costa Rica

Today was our last day in Costa Rica. 

It was sad to say goodbye to our host families, they were amazing. It was a great experience to eat homemade food and learn more about Monteverde and the Costa Rican culture. 

Every one woke up early today because we were going to the beach as our last activity. The drive to the beach was 4 hours.Everyone in the group was excited to have some beach time.

We arrived around lunch time and as soon as everyone finish eating we got ready to jump in the ocean. 

It was definitely a good way to end our trip in Costa Rica. 

 

This trip exceeded my expectations. I was not sure what it was going to be like, but it was full of beauty and adventure. We can all say that we are leaving Costa Rica with greater knowledge and wonderful memories.
